Pankaj Bhadouria is India's first Masterchef having won Season I of the cooking reality show MasterChef India aired on Star Plus. She is an acclaimed Chef and regularly features in televised cooking shows on Living Foods, Zee and Star.

Taking the MasterChef's first cafe venture beyond coffee, branding and promoting her workshops at the culinary academy to creating interesting content for social media, we used the right ingredients to spice up the brand story.
BRAND POSITIONING: Coming from a MasterChef, we thought a cafe ought to be primarily about food and not just coffee. Hence the positioning!
